MC50 Mini Cutter is the new product that our company independently
developed. It combines the character and actual production
experience of the similar type, with high performance, high
technical content of roller knife type Mini Cutter, aiming at meet
the need of the small production and laboratory actual requirement.
1. Main purpose and scope
MC50 Mini Cutter applies to cut lamina/stem with the speed of
200-500kg/h in the pilot line or lab. To make the specification of
the processed lamina and stem conforms to the specified
requirements of the cigarette craft. The width of cutting is
adjustable at the range of 01-3mm easily.
MC50 Mini Cutter also applies to the vegetables cutting and
processing in the food processing production line with the speed of
500-1500kg/h. To make the specification of the processed vegetable
leaves conforms to the specified requirements of the craft. The
width of cutting is adjustable at the range of 01-6mm easily.
This cutter is wide scope, easy to use and maintain, advanced
control function and with cutting width, speed, material status,
fault display, manual and automatic control functions.
